Our plain version of the AgentedSEO licence, without the legal phrasing: how many sites each plan covers, what lifetime means and where it stops, and what happens if you stop paying. The binding versions are the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy, and if this page and those ever disagree, the Terms win.

WordPress buyers say a lifetime deal is really “a 36 month deal”, or “lifetime of whatever features we decide not to paywall later”. I get it. So here is what lifetime covers, and where it stops, written down where you can hold me to it.

The only difference between Solo, Studio and Agency is the number of sites. No plan has features switched off.

Lifetime doesn’t cover
- An AI agent or model. Agents run on your own AI account, through Claude, Codex, Cursor or Hermes, paid to that provider, not us.
- More sites than your plan. That is an upgrade, priced below.
- Sharing, redistributing or reselling the licence.
If you stop paying, your site keeps working.
An inactive or expired licence never breaks a site. We built it that way on purpose. Titles, schema, sitemaps and redirects keep printing, and the change log and undo keep working. Only updates and support stop. Renew or reactivate, and they start again.

Yearly renews at the price you paid
From 2 December, yearly licences renew automatically at the price you paid, for as long as the subscription stays active. We email you 7 days before each renewal. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Buy Agency yearly and change your mind within 60 days? Switch to Agency lifetime, and your yearly payment counts toward it.
Upgrades cost only the difference
Upgrade at any time and pay only the difference. During the Early Adopter window, an upgrade costs the gap between Early Adopter prices:
On a yearly plan, you pay the prorated difference for the time left on it. You can also buy a second licence instead of upgrading. After 1 December, upgrades are priced against the prices on Pricing at that time.
One production site, one slot
Each live site where you activate the licence uses one slot, yours or a client’s. The Licence screen in AgentedSEO shows how many are in use. Staging is free: staging sites are unlimited on every plan and never use a slot.
Moving to a new site
Press Deactivate on the Licence screen of the old site, or remove the site from your account on dash.agentedseo.com, and the slot is free right away. Then activate on the new one.
Uninstalling frees the slot
Uninstall always clears AgentedSEO’s scheduled jobs, the SEO Agent role and its permissions, and frees the licence slot. Your SEO data stays unless you switch on “Delete all data”, which is off by default.
Support and updates
Updates and support last for life on a lifetime licence, and while the plan is active on a yearly one. Updates arrive in your WordPress dashboard, and the Licence screen has an auto-update switch. Support is by email at [email protected], on a best-effort basis, Monday to Friday during Indian business hours (IST). We create your account when you buy, and email your licence key and the plugin download.
15-day refund, 80% back
If AgentedSEO isn’t right for you, email [email protected] within 15 days of buying, with your order number and the email you bought with. Approved refunds return 80% of the price to your original payment method, within 5 to 7 business days of approval. The other 20% covers transaction, tax and admin costs. Requests after 15 days aren’t eligible, and refunds aren’t given for abuse or a breach of the licence terms. Full wording: Refund Policy.

No. Both come from the same team, but we sell AgentedSEO as a separate product with its own licence, and Classic Monks customers pay the same price as everyone else.
No. Staging sites are unlimited on every plan. Only production sites count toward your plan’s limit.
