About AgentedSEOI built AgentedSEO because my agent needed a safe way in.
I’m Joy. I’ve been building WordPress sites since 2017, and I make Classic Monks, a WordPress plugin whose licences cover 1,200+ sites. AgentedSEO comes from the same team, GoodMonks Solutions in Pune, India.
It exists for one reason: an AI agent was already doing the SEO on our own site, and WordPress had no safe place for it to work.
On classicmonks.com, an agent already writes and publishes our posts.
It researches the keywords, writes the drafts and publishes them. Schema was the one job it still needed another plugin for. And I still couldn’t see at a glance what it had changed.
The work was faster. The part that worried me was what happened after the agent got in. Most setups hand it an admin login and hope. I wanted to see every change before it landed, and be able to put any of it back.
I tested that workflow on 10 WordPress sites over 90 days.
Then I asked the Classic Monks community how SEO should ship.
The plan was always to build the SEO essentials inside Classic Monks: titles, descriptions, focus keywords and schema your agent imports. A Dynamic WordPress thread about plugins carrying too much made me rethink it.
So on 25 September 2026 I put it to a vote in the Classic Monks Facebook group: inside Classic Monks, or as a separate plugin. 64% voted for its own plugin.
That is what AgentedSEO became: its own codebase and its own releases, so SEO grows at its own pace and Classic Monks stays lean.
What I promised, and what changed.
In the poll I said existing users keep what I promised either way. What I promised then was a few SEO essentials inside Classic Monks.
What shipped grew into a full SEO plugin: sitemaps, redirects, importers for 10 SEO plugins, an approval queue and undo on every change. That is a different product, with its own licence, and Classic Monks customers pay the same price as everyone else. I’d rather say that plainly than bend the words.
Classic Monks itself doesn’t change. Every feature you paid for stays, and it keeps shipping on the same pace.

Every change shows the old value next to the new one, edits to live pages wait for your approval, and the change log can undo any of it.

I left that out on purpose. You bring the agent and the model you already pay for.
